Included in the first initial Holistic
Health consultation are:
 Iridology
Interpretation of the iris reflects current state of health and predisposition to inherent
weakness. Emotional patterns are also prevalent in the iris as referred to in the
evaluation system of the Rayid method.
Body Typing
Individual information provided relating to the endocrine system. Determination of
thyroid, pituitary, adrenal and reproductive organs' influence on the individual's overall
health. Other approaches also discussed.
Nutrition
Emphasis on the body's ability to digest, assimilate and eliminate. Improved
simplified solutions for allergy sufferers. Direction for vegetarian diets, correct
food combining, emotional aspects of correct nutrition and programs designed to facilitate
weight reduction and increase energy.
Energy Healing
Each client is provided an evaluation and treatment which can unblock emotional trauma and
physical discomfort by utilizing Pranic and Universal Energy Healing.
Kinesiology
Muscle testing of the system to determine nutritional needs, herbs, homeopathics and
detoxification programs.

Reflexology
Working with pressure points in the feet helps to improve exhausted nerve supply to
various organs in the body. Benefits of reflexology are phenomenal and my process
includes a wonderful foot bath and complete massage.

Believing in the Eat Right Four Your Blood Type nutritional principles, I provide the
blood typing and programs from Dr. D'Adamo's system.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy
Licensed and certified in massage therapy. Clients report immediate improvement in
flexibility, relaxation and general health. Specific aroma therapy oils and creams
applied for each individual's complaints and desire to improve their state of
well-being. Sixty (60) and Ninety (90) minutes massages available.

Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle energy alignment process to promote healing and balance internally. Evy
completed the Upledger Craniosacral I Course and will be adding more offerings in the next
couple of months regarding these outstanding healing modalities.
