Please print out the forms above to complete and mail to Pathways To Wellness, 617 Everhart Road., Corpus Christi, Texas  78411.   Please include your full payment by check or money order payable to Pathways To Wellness. You can request more information or register by E-Mail.

Special times offered for those traveling to Corpus Christi to take 
advantage of the 2nd and 4th  weekends monthly. You will not be 
required to attend weekly classes in addition to your intense weekends.
The tuition for the local course which will be requiring your attendance at a minimum of two classes weekly and alternating Saturdays will be taught on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi, TX.  Both indoors and outdoors weather permitting.  Complete instructions and graph for charting hours and attendance together with all materials for the course will be provided upon registration and payment.  Payment for the full 200 hour local certification is $2500.  Check, Money Order, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
